Brazilian Butt Lift is an outpatient procedure and it usually takes 1-2 hours.  Only a  pen-tip size incision at the bottom of each buttock crease is required for fat injection, and therefore the recovery process or down time is usually short.

 Buttock Augmentation with Silicone Implants

If you are already slim, buttock augmentation with soft solid silicone implants may be the option for you.  There are several sizes, shapes and softness to choose from.  Since the material is soft solid silicone, patient does not need to be concerned with leakage or deflation.  The implants are introduced through incision made at the crease between the buttock cheeks.  The procedure is also an outpatient procedure, and it takes approximately 1-2 hours.  Comparing with Brazilian Butt Lift, recovery process is usually more intense due to wider incision and also requires longer down time.
