Before upper and lower eyelid surgery

53 years old patient who wants to look as young as she feels. Pre-operative examination showed moderate amount of redundant skin and bulging fat pad around her upper and lower eyelids. Additionally, there is significant amount of asymmetrical appearance between the left and right upper eyelid.
